Kings Estates are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
To qualify prospective buyers
Cross Sale Solicitor and Mortgage referrals
Actively generate new business
To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
Carry out Valuations for new listings
Organize available stock and ensure listings are up to date
Leaflet drop
We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in this competitive industry. You must be approachable and friendly with a natural ability for putting the best tenants with the most suitable properties.
The role will come with full support and training, some experience in the property industry would be ideal, however not essential.
The working hours are from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. (these can be more flexible)
Saturdays are 10am - 4pm
If you work a Saturday, you will receive a day off in the week.
You will also be required to work 1 x 6 day week a month.
Competitive Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission.
Car and Business Insurance Required
Driving License (required)
