Apprentice Sales Negotiator

to join our existing teams.

This opportunity is being offered across 5 offices located in

Stamford, Oakham, Bourne, Peterborough and Melton Mowbray.

A Fully Funded Level 3 Qualification in Estate Agency

This nationally recognised qualification (equivalent to A-Level standard) will give you a strong foundation in the property industry.
You will learn:

The legal framework behind property sales The end-to-end sales process from valuation to completion How to understand property markets and pricing Customer service, negotiation and communication skills Compliance, property law and best practice
Your training will be delivered through structured learning modules, on-the-job coaching and regular assessments, giving you a professional qualification that can take you from apprentice to fully fledged negotiator and beyond.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Sales Negotiator, you will learn to:

Register purchasers both in person and over the phone Speak with vendors and support valuation appointment bookings Match buyers to suitable properties and encourage viewings Arrange and attend property viewings Support negotiation of offers between buyers and sellers Liaise with surveyors, solicitors and other agents Assist with managing the sales process from offer to completion Work closely with our existing teams and the wider Newton Fallowell network
This is a hands-on role where you will quickly gain practical experience with real clients and properties.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, friendly and great at talking to people Motivated, positive and eager to learn Smart in appearance and professional in attitude Organised and reliable, even in a fast-paced environment Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Holder of a full UK driving licence with access to your own car

Hours

Monday-Thursday:

8:30am - 6:00pm

Friday:

8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday:

9:00am - 4:00pm

(half day in lieu provided when working a Saturday)
