As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role within the sales team working closely with the sales manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily liaison with customers, dealing enquiries via phone and email while offering exceptional customer service.
- Booking and conducting property viewings, managing your own diary while staying mindful of others.
- Following up property viewing to encourage further interest in properties through second viewings and offers, and efficiently entering customer feedback into our system.
- Discussing new to market properties with applicants who have needs which meet the property specifications.
- Keeping sellers informed of viewings, viewing feedback and marketing strategies.
- Generating and negotiating offers providing referrals to our recommended solicitors and surveyors then supporting with the progression of the sale to the point of completion.
- Identifying opportunities for new business, booking valuation appointments, and selling mortgage services.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and third-party operators to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Working with the sales team with led generation tasks.
