We are the leading award-winning Estate Agents, in search for a Sales Negotiator for our Wallsend branch!

We are well-known estate agency and have been helping customers let, buy, and sell properties since 2004.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a competent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic team at our busy Wallsend office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for dealing with offers, listings, viewings and sales progression, a proven record of accomplishment ideally in Estate agency or a sales orientated role is preferred.

Estate agency experience is preferable although training will be provided and as Top 500 Estate agents in the country, you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

The job is subject to suitable references.

Working days are Monday - Friday as well as a Saturday per branch rota for which time off in lieu will be given during the week. Hours are to be discussed with the candidates.

Part Time and Full Time roles are available.
