Looking for a driven estate agent with a proven track record.

Must be a closer.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Shift Pattern to include some Saturdays.

Working for Monroe, as a Sales Negotiator in one of our Boston Spa, Wetherby office, you will be responsible for managing property sales from initial enquiry to sale agreed, providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers.

Working in a FAST-PACED, high-performance environment, you will use your negotiation skills OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON, market knowledge, and client-focused approach to maximise sales opportunities and deliver outstanding results. You will ensure that every client has an unrivalled experience with Monroe.

Must haves:



High confidence in prospecting.

Enjoy a mixture of viewings and office time, must be a closer, DRIVEN and ENERGETIC.

A great knowledge of the local area.

Hungry to hit the ground running and earn commissions.

Key Competencies



Technical Expertise:

Ability to use Monroe's CRM system correctly (Alto), registering applicants and recording prospective customer and client details with a high level of accuracy.

Collaboration:

Ability to collaborate with the wider team effectively, and also with other offices and team members. You are able to build rapport and raise your profile within the wider business.

Sales:

Capacity to analyse situations and maximise on sales opportunities and meet KPI's.

Negotiation:

Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.

Communication:

Clear and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to be unambiguous when communicating and adapting messaging to different audiences.

Attention to detail:

The ability to complete tasks with accuracy and precision, ensuring that all information is correct and nothing is overlooked. This competency involves careful reviewing of work, identifying errors, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Time Management:

The ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and maximise productivity. This competency involves planning, organisation, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality work.
Use of Company Car, Business Cards, Company Mobile Phone and Laptop provided.

Paid for staff events, free parking.

Pay: 26,000.00-50,000.00 per year
