We're looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to manage the property sales process for our client-from generating leads and conducting viewings to negotiating and closing deals. You'll provide expert advice and outstanding service to buyers and sellers in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Relationships: Proactively source new clients, follow up on enquiries, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Listings & Marketing: Assist in securing property valuations, match applicants with listings, and coordinate viewings and marketing efforts.
Viewings & Client Support: Conduct viewings, advise clients on pricing and market trends, and maintain excellent customer service throughout.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle offers, guide negotiations, and support both parties through to completion.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to provide accurate advice.
Compliance & Administration: Maintain legal documentation and ensure all client records comply with regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements
Sales experience, ideally in property or a related sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property software.
Customer-focused with a good understanding of the local market and sales processes.
Desirable
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Relevant property sales or real estate qualifications a plus.
