We are currently looking for a

Sales Negotiator

to join our motivated and energetic team in

Horsham

. Whether you already have experience in property sales or are enthusiastic about starting a new career, we want to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include:

Selling mid to high-end residential properties Booking and conducting property viewings Generating and arranging property valuations Building and maintaining strong client relationships Representing the company professionally at all times Collaborating with the team to exceed sales targets Opportunity to progress into a valuation role or receive full training to get there

Person Specification:

Experience in estate agency or property sales is helpful but not essential Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Quick to build rapport with clients and colleagues Positive mindset and drive to achieve results Team player with ambition to grow in the industry

Essential Requirements:

A full UK driving licence Your own vehicle Ability to work full-time from the Horsham office
