Sales Negotiator - Woolpit, Suffolk

We're growing our internal sales team in Woolpit, Suffolk, and looking for a Sales Negotiator who's confident, proactive, and loves talking to customers.

This is an office based role -- you'll be right at the centre of the action, taking calls, following up leads, pulling together quotes, and helping our team hit targets. Think of it as sales with a service edge: you'll be building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen every day.

What you'll do

Pick up the phone -- answer enquiries, follow up leads, and call existing customers. Get quotes out quickly and keep prices and records up to date. Support our depots and external sales team to hit targets. Keep customers happy by making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. Track your own results and take pride when you smash them.
What we're after

You might already be in sales -- or you could be a strong sales administrator/customer service star ready to step up. Confident on the phone, positive under pressure, and not afraid to chase. Organised, IT-savvy, and great at juggling tasks. A team player who gets stuck in.
