Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator/Valuer
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market, as well as carrying out viewings and selling our marketed properties, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You must be confident that you can provide clients with a premium service which may include: prospecting for new properties to sell or let; arranging viewings; booking appointments for additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.
