We're looking for a highly motivated

Sales Negotiator/Valuer to

complement our residential sales team in

our Ipswich Office.

We deal with a wide range of properties in the Suffolk and Essex Area, work closely with various businesses in the industry, such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors and many more. We have an extensive list of trusted contacts, with a great working relationship.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator/Valuer



The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market, as well as carrying out viewings and selling our marketed properties, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You must be confident that you can provide clients with a premium service which may include: prospecting for new properties to sell or let; arranging viewings; booking appointments for additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Negotiator/Valuer



Estate Agency

experience (minimum 1 year) Preferably an experienced

Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager

or an

Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator
