Attendance Times between 9.00am & 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with an hours Lunch break (Cups of Tea & Coffee are Free here!!!).
Salary 24,240 ( 2,020.00 per month) with 20 days holiday & Bank Holidays paid, salaries are paid by BACs on or before the 3rd of each month.
The successful applicant will be involved with working closely with the administration of our Sales Dept as well as our Service Dept. This will involve arranging the goods to go out via our Vans or by carrier (depending on the location of the customer).
The role will also involve assisting with co-ordinating our Service Department Coffee machine engineers with installations and repairs, ensuring that we meet our customer deadlines and requirements. Bonuses available for organising multiple jobs per engineer.
The successful applicant
must be familiar with Sage Accounts (Line 50) but we'll train the person if need be
as the role will involve dealing with day to day orders from customers, phone calls in and general administrational duties such as Credit Control and the successful applicant must have a reasonable geographical knowledge of the UK.
The role may also involve arranging emailed and telephone responses to prospective new customers who have visited our Exhibition stands at the various Food Service related Trade Shows we advertise via.
