About the role:

You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
Dealing with customer enquiries/ quotes via phone and email. Editing and releasing sale office order journals. Processing of customer orders received via phone, email, and electronic orders. Assist the external sales team. Selling out to customers Promoting our B2B website to customers selling its features and benefits. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are commensurate with the role and within your capability, as and when required.

What are we looking for?

It would be beneficial to your application if you have the following experience:
Friendly telephone manner and able to communicate well with customers. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to organise workload, think logically, and work under pressure. Competent with excel, word and outlook. Training on all systems will be provided. Experience selling hand and power tools preferred.
