sash window surveys and restorations and installations
, and we are looking for an
organised and personable Sales Office Manager
to join our team in our new office in Congleton.

This is a key role in a small office, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organised, and keeping sales enquiries running smoothly from first contact to survey appointment, utilising our CRM. Including general support within the small team.( A good sense of humour always helps !!! )
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming sales enquiries by phone, email, and online channels
Speaking with customers in a
friendly, professional telephone manner
Booking and managing appointments for sash window surveys
Using our
CRM system
to log enquiries, update customer details, and track progress
Following up leads and ensuring no enquiries are missed
Coordinating with surveyors and Sales Manager
General office administration related to sales activity and support
About You
You Must understand selling and objection handling and the path to a successful sale
Confident and polite on the phone with excellent communication skills
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems, including CRM software, email, and spreadsheets
Able to manage multiple enquiries and appointments efficiently
Self-motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude
Previous experience in sales support, office management, or customer service is preferred.
