Industrial Workwear Limited is a leading supplier of premium workwear, PPE, and branded corporate clothing across the UK. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Office Manager to lead a small, focused team, manage key accounts, and drive new business -- all powered by smart, data-driven use of HubSpot CRM.

Training will be provided.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of 2 sales agents: Set daily goals, review pipelines, coach for success, and foster a collaborative sales culture.

Own and optimise HubSpot CRM

Ensure all customer data, activities, and deals are logged accurately and consistently.

Build and maintain detailed sales pipelines, tracking deal stages and forecasting revenue.

Use HubSpot reporting dashboards to monitor team and individual performance.

Segment and manage contact lists for targeted outreach and personalised communication.

Automate and streamline follow-ups, task assignments, and workflows to boost productivity.

Track engagement and customer interactions through emails, calls, and marketing campaigns.

Generate weekly and monthly reports from HubSpot insights to guide strategy and decisions.

Manage and grow key accounts: Strengthen long-term relationships, understand client needs, and expand sales within existing contracts.

Develop new business opportunities: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers.

Collaborate with marketing: Coordinate campaigns and lead nurturing activities through HubSpot Marketing tools to ensure alignment between marketing and sales funnel pipelines.

Drive continuous improvement: Use CRM analytics to identify sales trends, missed opportunities, and areas for process refinement.

Report directly to senior management: Present data-backed insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales management experience (workwear, PPE, or industrial supply preferred).

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management style.

Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM -- including pipelines, reporting, automation, and integrations, undergo Hubspot training.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Commercially minded, data-driven, and motivated by results.
