We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily sales administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing quotations, support, strenthen and lead the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication both internally across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and comprehensive office experience to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our workplace.

- Arranging and following up on customer quotations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Professional telephone manner- inbound & outbound
- Strong focus on quotes/lead generation
- Support, strengthen & lead a hungry sales team
