This role is a key role within Sales and Marketing.
Main duties of the position
The main areas of responsibility in this dynamic role are:
- Providing the highest standard of back-office support to the Sales team
- The highest standard of customer liaison and management, in the commercial
context.
- Communicating customer requirements into the Company, to achieve service
objectives.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Related financial tasks.
- Providing the same service and standards to all Kirintec Limited subsidiary
companies.
This is a hands-on role.
Reporting Line
This role reports to Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
Manage the quotation process by supporting the Sales team in the preparation of quotations and following up on their outcomes.
Accurate conversion of quotes to orders.
Support documentation and management of advisors in support of prime and secondary monitoring.
Oversight of Non Disclosure Agreements and Loan Agreements in co-ordination with Commercial Team and support change negotiations with customers
Undertaking the detail of sales orders: accurately converting quotes to orders both entry and processing.
Supports new biding activities
Concise and accurate handover of orders to Program Management and Delivery Office.
Frequently review and forward any Defence Contract / UN / NATO requirements that sit within our capability sphere
Analysing and reporting on sales order intake, forecast margins and other financial aspects.
Supporting pre-sales and marketing activities, attending show and exhibitions
System development, maintaining the Sales areas within Sage 50 and CRM.
Maintain and / or create company processes and policies relevant to the role
Any other reasonable duties required to support the company in meeting its objectives
Have due regard for PV Grading, F680 and Export Licence Controls
Working to Kirintec's ISO standards
Adhere to the national security framework in accordance with Security Requirements for FSC Contractors
Essential Skills

Previous experience in a similar role, perhaps with technical products

Employment Terms
Kirintec employ a standard 5 day working week. The main working location will be Kirintec offices in Ross on Wye. Any remote working from home will be authorised on a case by case basis with the Functional Area Line Manager. Remote working will be facilitated with IT.
