We're seeking for a savvy and seasoned Sales Officer to join our team. You will be in charge of organising and managing all sales activities and pitches involving our company.
Additionally, you must to be able to create and manage long-term client relationships. You should be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales targets.
Moreover, you should also be able to review current market trends and competitor offerings.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have an excellent sales record.
Furthermore, you should be sales-driven and customer-oriented individual. Your ability to handle customer requests professionally and in a timely manner will be advantageous.
2. Principal duties and responsibilities
1. Pitching programs and courses to institutions and youth led organisations
2. Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers
3. Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions
4. Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales and targets
5. Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets
7. Collaborating with the management to develop various promotional activities
8. Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements
9. Reviewing competitor product offerings
10. Making cold calls to attract potential customers

3. Requirements
12. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
13. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Officer, or any Sales positon
14. Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry
15. Holding an impressive track record of achieving sales targets
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Good time management and organizational skills
