JP Supplies is a family-run business with over 36 years of trading history. We specialise in PPE, safety footwear, janitorial and cleaning products, office supplies, and workplace essentials.

About the Role
This role involves a mix of admin, sales support, stock handling, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment -- both in the office and occasionally in the warehouse/shop.
The role is approximately:
70% office-based - handling administration, sales support, and customer service (basic computer knowledge recommended)
15% warehouse - checking stock, picking orders, and preparing shipments
15% shop floor - supporting customers in our retail area
Key Responsibilities
Taking and processing customer orders (via phone, email, and in person)
Entering orders into our Intact software system (training provided)
Providing friendly and efficient customer service, with basic computer skills to manage orders and records
Managing inbound stock and checking deliveries
Placing orders with suppliers
Picking and preparing outgoing orders (shop floor and warehouse)
Supporting customers in our retail shop
Answering phones and handling sales queries
Keeping paperwork and digital records up to date
Assisting with promotions and campaigns on our website
General office admin as required
What We're Looking For
Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
Good computer literacy - confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
A people person - clear communicator and team player
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Physically capable of occasional lifting and order picking
Professional, punctual, and reliable

This is a fully on-site role. Applicants must be comfortable working in both an office and a light warehouse/shop setting as part of the daily routine.
