We're looking for a proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our team and support the Sales Director in driving growth. This is a varied role combining bid/tender writing with sales reporting, CRM management, and performance analysis.
You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality proposals, tracking sales performance vs. targets, and providing insights into customer trends. You'll also manage CRM data quality, work with our Business Analyst on reports and dashboards, and help the team work more effectively.
What we're looking for:
Strong written communication skills and experience with bids/tenders or sales support
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Confident with CRM systems and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI a plus)
Highly organised, detail-orientated, and comfortable working to deadlines
A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do approach
