Job Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic global Sales Operations team. This role will focus on the calculation, administration, and communication of commission and bonus plans for the Commercial organisation. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Beyond compensation administration, you will also contribute to commercial reporting and dashboard maintenance in our BI system (Sisense), helping to provide high-quality data insights that drive decision-making.
As the teams Excel Expert, you will play a key role in analysing data, optimizing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and is eager to implement new ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

About RWS Sales Operations
The Sales Operations Department provides operational and strategic support to global sales teams and is the critical link between sales and many cross-functional departments. The team works closely with many departments to ensure all activities are completed with a high degree of accuracy. The team has a reputation for high standards and high-quality data provision, and this reputation needs to be maintained at all times.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

• Calculate regular commission and bonus payments and work to strict deadlines to ensure that payments are submitted to payroll on time for processing.
• Communicate targets and compensation statements in a timely manner.
• Manage and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
• Production and collation of all compensation related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting in various platforms.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of corporate data.
• Prepare and distribute various reporting across the Commercial organization.
• Review team processes and own work methods with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness of allocated tasks.
• Create and maintain strong relationships within the Commercial organisation and across the business.

Skills & Experience

• Excel expert (create advanced formulas and reporting)
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Accuracy in calculations, reporting and documentation
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to convey information and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions.
• Familiarity with data management tools, spreadsheets and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
