The
Sales Operations Coordinator
is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of orders across the business - targeting first time on time and in full delivery. They will support the end-to-end order pipeline, triage operational queries between Customer Service, Sales and our Logistics and Distribution Centre teams. With a strong emphasis on reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process accuracy, this role ensures our operations run efficiently, reliably, and in alignment with commercial goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and manage the order pipeline, ensuring timely allocation, fulfilment in full and on time, along with resolution of exceptions.
Manage bookings and collections with customers and 3PLs
Ensure accurate setup of Value-Added Services (VAS) per customer requirements.
Process and oversee EDI customer orders, identifying and resolving errors and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure data integrity and timelines achieved.
Analyze and interpret supply chain data, develop reports and dashboards, and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, transportation, purchasing, and product development to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and alignment with sales and operational goals.
Own the shared operations inbox as a key communication hub--resolving queries swiftly, spotting recurring themes, and turning insights into process improvements that reduce future inbound traffic.
Support creation and delivery of team training and SOPs, and contribute to UAT and QA activities as part of systems or process changes.
Maintain and distribute operational reporting dashboards, highlighting trends, gaps, and improvements across order management and fulfilment.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and EDI systems is essential (SAP preferred)
A customer-first mindset with confidence handling high volumes of orders and queries,
Clear and professional communication, with the ability to build strong working relationships,
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Comfortable with change and eager to learn, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
A team player who takes ownership but knows when to ask for support or escalate issues.
Keen to grow in retail or operations, in a role that offers variety, responsibility, and cross-functional exposure.
Demonstratable experience in retail, logistics, or operations, with strong system proficiency and adaptability; experience in process documentation or training coordination is a plus. Background in seasonal or wholesale apparel/footwear is highly desirable, bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not essential.
