The role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, likeable and tuned in coordinator to join our team. Working from our offices, you'll be a confident communicator and multi-tasker, and enjoy using your own initiative.
Reporting to our Sales and Account Management Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of our business development efforts, linking with other teams to knit our onboarding processes together.
In a perfect world you'll have previous experience in sales operations and/or administration, however, if the role sounds like you then we'd encourage you to apply even if you can't tick every box yet!
Responsibilities
Overseeing the smooth running of our sales process
Maintaining and supporting the sales team's work schedule
Liaising with other teams as part of onboarding new signups
Sourcing, checking, maintaining and collating information on sales leads
Answering and routing inbound calls and emails
Collating and sharing weekly sales updates to the wider team
Various projects and administrative tasks as necessary

Self-motivated people-person, with a can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Organised, deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility
Friendly, with good empathy and a customer-driven service ethic
Confident with technology
Great phone manner and written communication skills
A travel background or passion for the outdoors would be a bonus but is not essential (we'll work on convincing you if necessary!).
Package
A competitive salary of between 28,000 and 30,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits including share options, company bonus (typically 1,500 pa), up to 30 days of holiday, self-led training budget, and 5% pension contribution.
