This role supports the sales and engineering teams in delivering a variety of financial services to the bus and coach sector. The role is a pivotal function within the business, providing sales administration, CRM support, data entry, asset management, and logistics.
The Sales & Operations Executive will report to the Sales Director. They will have knowledge and understanding of the sales cycle and provide support in the set-up and management of contracts within Pipedrive (CRM) and Key2 (vehicle management software).
Furthermore, the role will assist in managing data quality and consistency for the business, to help produce accurate reports on our sales performance.
Whilst the role's key function is supporting the sales team to generate revenue, there will be opportunities to help with marketing, industry and company events, finance, and customer service.
