We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the Commercial teams by ensuring the efficient operation of sales processes, maintaining accurate sales data.

ABOUT YOU



We are currently seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills and has knowledge and experience working in sales administration with a strong understanding of CRM systems. You will be a proactive, reliable individual with a can-do, collaborative attitude.

Required skills and experience:



Proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Sales Administration role. Preferably familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM). Understanding of pricing processes and quote management. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferably have knowledge of subscription-based business models

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our Commercial teams by ensuring smooth and efficient execution of sales operations, accurate quote management, and effective client servicing. This role plays a vital part in the sales lifecycle, from opportunity management and pricing through to subscription renewals and invoicing. This is a fully remote position.

Key activities:



Manage and maintain deposit accounts Verify and close Salesforce opportunities to support sales performance tracking Complete and submit supplier onboarding and compliance forms as required Prepare and complete subscription quotes assigned by Commercial teams with precision and timeliness Conduct audits of quotes as requested by Commercial teams to ensure compliance and consistency Support the triaging and monitoring of the quote and audit requests assigned to the outsourced service provider daily Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of sales and subscription agreements Complete credit checks on new and existing clients Manage credit and suspension processes in line with internal policies and client agreements Review and analyse client analytics to support retention and upselling opportunities Facilitate the auto-renewal subscription process, ensuring accuracy and customer communication
