Role Summary/Scope
To lead and optimise sales execution by owning campaign planning, lead pipeline management, data infrastructure (CRM/ERP), and the outbound dialler environment. This role ensures the sales team operates at maximum effectiveness through the right targeting, tooling, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pipeline ownership: target, source, cleanse, segment, prioritise and allocate leads
Campaign execution: coordinate with managers to deliver focused outbound campaigns.
Data quality: enforce CRM/ERP hygiene and master data management.
Dialler management: oversee configuration, pacing, agent allocation, and integration with CRM/ERP.
Sales enablement tooling: maintain and improve scripts, call outcomes, workflows and processes.
Lead scoring and routing logic: design and optimise triage, based on criteria (e.g. postcode, type, value)
Drive adoption of best/good practice among telesales team (e.g. usage, feedback loops, tagging)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years in sales ops or marketing ops with B2B telesales exposure.
Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite), and Diallers.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and systems thinking.
