New Era Energy is a well-established fuel and lubricants company growing from strength to strength, built on over 100 years expertise in the fuel and lubricants industry. As a result of this rapid growth, we now are looking to hire a Sales Ops Manager to help us continue to scale effectively.
This role will require someone to be analytically driven and motivated to change processes, drive sales productivity, and work closely with the leadership team to help New Era focus on the most promising growth segments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the CRM (HubSpot) is used effectively by the sales team: data hygiene, activity tracking, goals setting, reports & dashboards, etc.
Ensure workflows and automations are built into processes to reduce manual burden on sales teams (e.g., automated emails, customer onboarding packs, etc.)
Support the Head of Sales and Sales Director with sales forecasting and reporting
Help leadership set quotas and incentives monthly, quarterly, and annually
Track KPIs and feed sales insights to managers to drive sales performance
Perform ad hoc analysis to unlock growth opportunities (e.g., customer segmentation analysis)
Person Specification
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Operations or a related field - preferably in B2B businesses
Strong proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Excel, and BI tools
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
Desirable
Knowledge of fuel distribution / fuel industry
Proficiency in NetSuite
