Position Summary

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will act as a liaison working with the ISC2 Sales, Legal, Finance and Professional Development teams to help process sales deliverables for the B2B and OTP Global Sales Team.

You will support both APAC and EMEA operations so will work UK hours (08.30am - 4.30pm) but will be expected to have flexibility with working times to accommodate early morning meetings on occasions with the APAC team.

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract covering Maternity Leave.


Responsibilities

Will be the subject-matter expert on the order-entry process using the Salesforce platform for the B2B and OTP sales team (Global - All regions) Assist in the processing and fulfillment of orders by ensuring orders and financial documentation are accurate for APAC and EMEA B2B and OTP sales. Supports sales reps by communicating and assisting with completion of other department's requirements forms, templates, etc. (finance, education) Manages APAC and EMEA B2B post sales class fulfilment process (fulfillment changes, pre-class instructor calls, enrollment reports etc.) to ensure classes are delivered on time and without issue Supports with the assessment of opportunity creation metrics for individual sales team members; to ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline entries Supports APAC and EMEA sales by submitting IT tickets for SFDC related issues Manage APAC and EMEA sales support issues (exam, training, and AMF vouchers) through to resolution Responsible for implementing Post Class Satisfaction Surveys Responsible for creating/distributing class certifications of completion Participate in weekly calls, regarding upcoming classes, with cross-functional and internal teams Responsible for all Salesforce training to new sales representatives for APAC and EMEA regions Responsible for OTP and new instructor onboarding process with education for APAC and EMEA region Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

At least 3 years using Salesforce platform, SDFC power user required; must be able to create reports and dashboards Intermediate to advanced level knowledge using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience using Monday.com, IT Service Desk Portal, WebEx Teams, VitalSource and Omni Press, a plus

Education and Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing operations experience; bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related, preferred Preferred experience and a background in the cybersecurity/IT training, vendor sponsorships, and certification industry

Physical and Mental Demands

Works normal business hours and extended hours when necessary. Up to 10% travel Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens. Sitting or standing in a stationary position for extended periods.
