Salary:

24,761.88 to 26,000.00

SUMMARY OF ROLE



The main aim of this role is to support the sales order processing department and sales team by inputting sales orders and dealing with customers order enquiries in a prompt, helpful and caring manner.

We are looking for a hard-working individual who is seeking a full-time position in a reputable company. The business can be fast paced and therefore we are looking for a candidate with stamina and energy. An enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude is essential to work within a close-knit team.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY



Sales Order Processing responsibilities:



Entering customer orders onto the system.

Matching and checking orders.

Monitoring and managing email orders and enquiries.

Dealing with general enquiries and customer queries by both telephone and email, resolving where possible as a first point of contact.

Escalating enquiries to the Telesales and Customer Care Executive or Account Managers, only when necessary.

Additional administration support for the Account Managers.

Inputting pricing onto the system.

Other office-based duties as and when required.

Supporting the Warehouse with orders and customer communications.

SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES



Professional experience



Excellent attention to detail (Mandatory)

A good team player and able to work as part of a team (Mandatory)

GCSE's Grades A-C (Mandatory)

Business Administration or similar further qualifications eg NVQ's or Diplomas (Desirable)

Computer literate (Mandatory)

Excellent time keeping and attendance (Mandatory)

Self-motivated, possessing problem solving skills (Mandatory)

The ability to achieve targets and timescales (Mandatory)

Organised and methodical (Mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)

Previous sales order processing experience (Desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,761.88-26,000.00 per year
