Job Description

Review incoming garage door order forms submitted by the field team (Sales Surveyors). Verify order form details including measurements, product specifications, and customer information. Input and update order data into Garolla's internal order processing system. Identify any discrepancies, communicate with field teams to resolve any unclear or missing information on order forms. Liaise with internal teams and escalate to subject matter experts. Track and monitor trends to stop reoccurring fault. Maintain accurate digital data, so this can be reviewed and analysed. Support the field team by providing feedback or clarification on form completion standards. Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer satisfaction expectations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or order processing role.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to read and interpret technical information and order forms.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Ability to work as part of a team

The role is office based 5 days a week.
