We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment, and maintaining clear communication with relevant departments. Duties

Receive and review incoming customer orders via various channels such as email, phone, or online systems Verify order details for accuracy, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery addresses Enter orders into the company's order management system with precision and attention to detail Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders Monitor order progress and update customers on status or delays as necessary Maintain accurate records of all processed orders and related correspondence Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally Support inventory management by providing updates on stock levels as needed

Skills

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using order management software or ERP systems is desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently Prior experience in order processing or customer service is advantageous but not essential Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
