Job Description

Sales Order Processor required for Immediate start.

No Agencies please

This is a full time position based at Sutton Bridge.

Hours fixed, based on 40 hour week

Mon - Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Boud Minerals Limited produce a wide range of decorative and functional minerals. We are an ambitious, forward thinking company with traditional values.

The Role - Sales order processor

Being first point of contact for customer queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Processing sales orders on Sage 200

Liaising with production to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled

Booking and arranging transport

What is expected:

Experience of working in a sales office is advantageous but not essential

Must be able to multitask and prioritise work load

Excellent Telephone Manner

Be able to work in a team and independently

Attention to detail essential

Strong customer service skills both written and verbally

To be confident in using Sage, Excel, Word

Experience in dealing with import / export paperwork an advantage but not essential

Job Type: Permanent

Benefits: 20 days Holiday per year + Bank Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 31,324.00 per year
