Crunch is a multi-award winning Software as a Service (SaaS) company, born in the heart of Brighton with a brilliant team of 110, and over 40,000 users of our software.
Crunch isn't your typical online accountancy firm. We're a grassroots business built from the ground up, facing the same challenges as our clients. Since 2009, we've empowered thousands of small and medium sized businesses to take control of their finances with our simple, effective software, which includes real accountant support. Crunch takes the stress out of accounting, so our clients can focus on doing what they love!
We're now hiring for an exciting new permanent, full-time Sales & Partnerships Manager role to support our Head of Sales and Marketing and Sales team.
About the role:
Our Sales team plays a pivotal part in transforming the way our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients manage their finances, contributing directly to our growth and success. The Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading and motivating our remote, UK based sales team and giving our prospective clients an outstanding first impression of Crunch, to ensure we successfully execute our sales funnel and all aspects of our new customer journey.
Focusing on all operational aspects of our sales and partnerships activities to acquire new clients with up to 5m in annual turnover, this role will proactively manage the day to day performance and development of our sales team, leading by example and driving results. There is the opportunity for this role to grow in scope and responsibility as the sales function scales.
The role will also be the main point of contact for our established third party partnerships, who offer additional services to our small business customers, such as mortgages, insurance and business bank accounts, and our partnership network is growing all the time.
A more detailed is available on request and will also be discussed and shared with shortlisted candidates. The role may not show on our careers page, as we're managing a transition away from a third party system powered careers page. We will remove from Indeed when the role is filled.
What does success look like in the role?
Within the first 6-12 months, the role will:
Consistently deliver against agreed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.
Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates across both advisor-led and ecommerce channels.
Build a high-performing, accountable sales team with clear standards, coaching cadence and performance expectations.
Embed a culture of data-led decision making, call quality excellence and continuous improvement.
Strengthen and grow third-party partnerships as a meaningful contributor to the sales pipeline.
A more detailed is available on request and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. The role may not show on our careers page, as we're managing a transition away from an ATS powered careers page.
