The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Sales, Parts & Warranty Administrator

to join our sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager and Parts & Service manager to gain hands-on experience in sales processes, customer communication, and product knowledge within the heavy haulage and project engineering industry.


Support the sales team by processing orders and maintaining an accurate internal order book with a high level of attention to detail. Monitor and manage warranty claims from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring prompt and professional communication throughout. Provide outstanding aftersales service by coordinating with relevant departments to address issues efficiently and effectively. Assist customers with parts enquiries, including quoting, order processing, and despatching orders. Maintain records and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and traceability across sales, parts, and warranty functions.

Key Skills/Experience:

To join our team, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and abilities:


Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing needs. Competent in using order processing and CRM systems (training will be provided where necessary)
