Duties

Actively identify and approach potential clients to promote our products and services Must have experience in estimating for carpets and LVT Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages Provide personalised advice and solutions tailored to customer needs Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base

Skills

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs Knowledge of our industry or related products is desirable but not essential; training will be provided A valid driving licence is essential for visiting customers at different locations
