Ducati UK Ltd has an enviable status within the international motorcycling community with 90 years of brilliance under our belt! We are currently looking to recruit a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Planning and Administration Coordinator to support our sales operations. This permanent, full time role is based in the office at Silverstone, Towcester. You will play a critical part in ensuring efficient sales planning, accurate forecasting and smooth logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate customer orders twice daily, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Co-ordinate delivery trailers with transport providers to meet distribution schedules
Manage and update RAV (Retailer and Vehicle) data accurately
Register and activate warranties for DUK press and events fleet
Collect and consolidate weekly sales forecasts from dealerships
Monitor order intake and sales performance against targets
Support the sales team with planning and forecasting activities
Assist in the preparation of the annual sales budget alongside the sales team
The ideal candidate for the Sales Planning and Administration Coordinator role will have a solid background in sales support and administrative functions, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
