Role Summary

The Sales & Procurement Manager will play a central role in driving Mamedica's commercial growth by developing new/existing B2B partnerships, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of compliant CBPM products. This role bridges client acquisition with supplier management - ensuring our growing range of CBPMs is sourced, priced, and distributed efficiently across the UK and Channel Islands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead outreach and onboarding of new B2B clients, including pharmacies, clinics, and distributors. Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships to maximise order frequency and value. Act as the first point of contact for new supplier enquiries. Collect due diligence and compliance information on prospective suppliers. Liaise with the internal WDA team to ensure GPD/MHRA compliance.

Qualifications

Managerial based qualification/degree preferred Sales-based qualification preferred

Experience & Skills

Extensive with the medicinal cannabis sector required Experience within B2B outreach and onboarding of clients, such as pharmacies, clinics, and distributors desired Experience of manage and nurture ongoing client relationships to maximise order frequency and value desired Experience of forecasting demand and aligning supply capacity desired Experience in due diligence and compliance re: suppliers desired

About Mamedica

Mamedica is a private clinic, with an associated pharmacy, specialising in supporting patients who have not achieved satisfactory results from conventional medications.

We work with consultants across pain management, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care, and oncology, enabling patients to receive prescribed medical cannabis medication directly to their door via our next-day delivery service.

All prescribed medicines are produced in accordance with EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) pharmaceutical standards.
