Sales & Product Administrator

Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Product Administrator to work alongside our Business Development Manager and our Head of Product Development.

This key full-time role focuses on supporting our trade partners and product lifecycle processes, essential streams for growth in sales and revenue for the business.

You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-driven, enjoy managing documentation and processes, and like supporting sales and product teams by keeping information, assets and orders accurate, organised and on track.

We're hiring for a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.



Our office is located in the Fora offices on Station Road, Cambridge.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development Support:



Support the Business Development Manager with product onboarding, registration documentation, and routine account management tasks for international and UK accounts. Assist with the preparation and processing of quotations, sales orders and shipment for trade partners.

Trade Account Support



Maintain and update internal documentation, shared folders and trackers relating to trade accounts and product documentation. Support the day-to-day of our main UK-trade account administration, updating merchandising documents, processing order forms and coordinating product information. Assist and support the creation of marketing assets and materials to enhance live/online product performance.

Product and Marketing Support:



Support Head of Product Development with creation of product assets, including artwork and product page information. Assist with product lifecycle tasks such as updating product specifications, checking artwork accuracy, and ensuring all product documentation is complete and accessible. Create brand and marketing assets including product selling sheets, newsletter content, distributor toolkits and trade catalogues to support our trade partners.

Stock and Supply Chain Support



Liaise with the Supply Chain team and warehouse team to monitor UK-trade stock control, ensure replenishment requirements are met, help prepare shipments and sample requests. Assist Head of Product Development with product QA documentation

Skills & Requirements

Be interested in nutrition and supplements. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple projects, documents and deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of Canva or design desirable Ability to assess challenges and identify creative, practical solutions for growth and operational efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams. Willingness to Travel: ability to travel domestically and internationally for meetings, trade shows, and events as required (<10% of the time).
