Executive Assistant

would be a strong advantage, as the position involves coordinating across multiple departments and handling a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer service requests, working with our technical and operations teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Coordinate and maintain
service engineers' schedules
, ensuring visits and installations are efficiently planned.
Communicate
delivery updates and logistics information
to customers and distributors.
Support the
sales and operations teams
with administrative tasks such as data entry, quote preparation, invoicing, and CRM updates.
Help implement and refine
office systems and processes
to improve efficiency and workflow.
Maintain office supplies, organise documentation, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Director and management team, including diary management and report preparation.
What We're Looking For
Excellent organisational and time-management skills -- you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly manner.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with
CRM systems
and/or
Sage
(or similar software) is beneficial.
A proactive and adaptable approach -- you see what needs doing and make it happen.
Previous experience in a
sales support
