The Role:
As a Sales Progressor at Oakmans, you will be the key player in ensuring smooth and efficient residential sales, from the initial offer to completion. You will use your exceptional communication skills to coordinate between solicitors, estate agents, and home buyers/sellers, keeping the momentum alive throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential sales, ensuring each progresses smoothly to completion.
Maintain regular communication with all parties involved, providing frequent updates and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Work as part of a proactive and fast-paced team, contributing to team goals and successes.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports.

Up to 25,000 basic per annum + commission

The Ideal Candidate:
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Work Ethic:

Organisational Skills:
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
Experience:
A background in conveyancing or property is desirable, but not essential. Experience in delivering outstanding customer service is required.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the home moving process is a plus.
