We're looking for a Sales Progressor to join our award-winning team, helping drive success in one of the region's most dynamic property markets.
You'll work closely with clients, solicitors, other agents and colleagues to guide homeowners and future homeowners through their selling journey with confidence and care.

Estate agency experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
We are keen to speak to people with experience delivering exceptional service and care in a previous role. We will provide the tools and training to make you a success.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

Building long-lasting relationships with clients, other agents, brokers and solicitors. Working collaboratively with our teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Managing a full sales pipeline from offer acceptance to completion. Acting as the main point of contact for our buyers and sellers. Ensuring that all files progress quickly and efficiently, keeping all parties updated regularly. Managing competing demands and needs both internally and externally. Staying informed on conveyancing process changes and maintaining strong process knowledge. Keeping the CRM system up to date with accurate records. Proactively identifying and helping resolve potential hold-ups. Negotiating between parties to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Accurately forecasting and providing exchange predictions weekly. Attending and contributing to internal team meetings to resolve potential blockers and issues.
