Job Title: Sales Progressor


Location: Colchester - Severalls Business Park


Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 OTE


Type: Full-Time



As a Sales Progressor at Moveplus you will be responsible for managing sales from point of offer agreed to exchange and completion. You will act as a central point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and efficient transaction while delivering an exceptional customer service to clients and developers alike. This is a key role in supporting our customers in securing their new home and adhering to required timescales.

Key Responsibilities



Managing property sales from memorandum of sale through to exchange and completion in line with developer deadlines and KPIs.

Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents to obtain timely updates and ensure smooth progression to completion.

Proactively communicate with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and developers to maintain momentum for property sales.

Liaise with relevant parties including but not limited to: solicitors and agents on related chain matters and third parties such as managing agents and local authorities.

Prepare and maintain accurate weekly Excel reports reflecting the status and progression of each transaction.

Monitor the sales progression pipeline, identifying risks early and implementing solutions to prevent delays.

Resolving issues that arise by working alongside solicitors and third parties to find a prompt resolution.

Conduct weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to forecast exchanges and manage expectations effectively.

Delivering high levels of customer service and managing client expectations throughout the transaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including our CRM database. Respond promptly and professionally to external queries regarding property progress and updates provided. Support the wider team during peak workload periods to ensure deadlines are met.

Desirable Skills & Experience



Previous Experience

: Experience in a Sales Progressor role within an Estate Agency environment or experience within conveyancing firm is preferred. Familiarity with property terminology, sales processes
