We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales Progressor / Negotiator
to join our established Fish2let office, working with us on our growing Fish2sell brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales progressor / negotiator who is looking to join a supportive, professional team while helping to develop and grow our sales department. You will be based within our busy Fish2let office, working alongside an experienced team who will provide day-to-day support as the sales arm continues to expand.
The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring someone who is customer focused, target driven, proactive and highly organised, with a willingness to go the extra mile. As part of a small, friendly team, you will need to be a strong team player and flexible in supporting different tasks when required.

Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Generate market appraisals and secure new instructions
Advertise properties on various platforms and create engaging social media content
Conduct viewings, showcasing property features and benefits
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
Prepare and manage all sales documentation
Follow the sales process through to completion
Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process
Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets
Maintain accurate records and databases
Ensure all company and industry compliance standards are met
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients
Confident negotiator with a proactive approach to problem solving
Self-motivated and target driven
Previous estate agency sales experience essential
Salary
Negotiable, dependent on experience.
