This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Progressor/ Negotiator at Cottage Fields in Barnet and Enfield, Greater London. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for Sales matters, estate agent duties, communication with clients, and delivering excellent customer service.
The role is for 3 days a week:
Tuesdays mandatory, Thurs or Fridays, and Saturdays mandatory
9.30-6.30 on weekdays
9.30-4.30 Saturdays
Responsibilities
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, employers, and councils where required.
Manage the full sales process -- ensuring all documentation is complete.
Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their transaction, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and achieve stronger results.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant property legislation, regulations, and internal company policies.
Uphold Cottage Fields' high standards of customer service in every client interaction.
Market and promote properties through multiple channels to generate maximum exposure.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential buyers or tenants.
Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and relevant documentation for property transactions.
Stay informed of current property market trends, pricing, and local competition.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with landlords, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.
