At Complete we believe a key part of the service we offer to clients is to have a dedicated Sales Progressor managing their house move. This role allows our clients to have one point of contact who will see through their sale or purchase and help them to make the process easier to understand and less stressful.

We're looking for full time and part time people to join us as a Sales Progressor, here's what the role entails:

Introduce yourself to clients when they have agreed a sale. Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
o Mortgage advisers or lenders

o Solicitors

o Your buyer

o The vendor (client selling the house)

o Surveyors

o Any other key parts to the process

Follow up with all parts of the chain to ensure things are progressing in the quickest possible time. Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion.

As a dedicated Sales Progressor role will be to:

You will be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion.

Experience we value:

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an similar role. You will have have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency including the home buying process and conveyancing.

A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

An ability to prioritise your workload with a methodical approach.

This role comes with a competitive basic salary as well as a monthly commission structure which rewards you for ensuring our sales progress smoothly. This could be a remote working opportunity or a role with a mix of office-based work from any one of our network branches across Exeter and Teignbridge and homeworking.

Pay: 27,500.00 per year
