Sales Progressor

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the entire sales process

from offer accepted to completion

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other agents to keep chains moving smoothly Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate record-keeping at all times Proactively problem-solving to ensure delays are minimised and completions stay on track Providing regular updates and exceptional service to buyers and sellers

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Minimum

2 years' experience in the property sector

(Ideal next step for a Sales Negotiator or similar role)

Previous experience in

sales progression

is highly desirable Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise A positive, honest, and trustworthy approach A proactive mindset with the confidence to problem-solve

Commission Package

Commission on sales exchanges Mortgage referral commission Conveyancing referral commission
(Realistic OTE: 35,000-38,000)

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday,

8:30am-5:00pm
