As the Lister, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations, keep in touch with prospective business and put properties on the market. Conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and oversee the sales process from start to finish. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness in the local market. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game. Drive sales and achieve personal targets
Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful estate agent, with a track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Sound knowledge of the Bridgwater property market and surrounding areas. A proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to grow the business. Full UK driving license.
