Summary
We are seeking a Sales / Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ceratech Accuratus Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that we maintain an efficient supply chain to meet production demands.
Responsibilities
Assist in the sales and procurement processes.
Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including processing invoices and managing accounts
Maintain accurate records.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
Prepare and track order status.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Sage software experience needed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in Sage required.
Would suit an accounts person looking for part time
