is a family business, working Nationally on a range of HVAC and refrigeration projects across a varied client base of contractors and end users.

We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful

Sales & Purchasing Administrator

to support our team. Your role will involve liaising with suppliers, and ensuring our engineers have the tools and materials they need to deliver exceptional service. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain smooth workflows, accurate stock control, and a high standard of customer satisfaction across all our projects.

Qualifications or Required Experience



Prior experience to purchasing & procurement in the industry considered highly desirable or similar role.

Experience using Joblogic or Xero.

Fully competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office and other work related IT applications.

Effective time management and organisational skills.

Excellent telephone manner.

A proactive attitude and a drive to continuously improve workflows and processes as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Accurately raise and process purchase orders/supplier bills or credits Maintain and update supplier records, quotations, and procurement documentation Monitor stock and oversee inventory Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders Support pricing reviews, cost comparisons, and internal reporting Assist in reviewing supplier pricing, cost comparisons, and contributing to internal analysis to support informed procurement decisions and cost efficiency Manage returns, replacements, warranties, and adjustments where needed Maintain high standards of service in all external communications To work collaboratively within a small team to achieve shared objectives
Part time role; pay negotiable, subject to experience and agreed contracted hours.

Hours required; 15 - 24 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours to cover as required.
