STUDIO75 is a professional beauty salon specialising in nails. We are seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Salon Receptionist & Administrator to manage the daily front-of-house and administrative operations of the salon.
Key responsibilities :
Welcoming clients and delivering a professional, friendly first impression
Offering refreshments and ensuring clients are comfortable
Managing bookings, reschedules, and cancellations
Handling phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently
Maintaining accurate client records and daily admin
Setting, managing, and completing daily tasks independently
Supporting the salon owner with general administrative duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional salon
The Ideal Candidate :
Has a can-do, proactive attitude and takes initiative
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients in person and over the phone
Able to manage priorities and daily tasks without constant supervision
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Previous salon or customer service/admin experience or management preferred (but not essential)
Hours :
25-42 hours per week
