About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Receptionist to join our friendly team and play a key role in promoting and selling our unique glamping accommodation. From our charming Victorian Gatehouse to our relaxing spa area and quirky Hamlet of shepherd's huts, you will be the first point of contact for guests and be instrumental in driving bookings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our beautiful new reception space, surrounded by a lovely setting and vibrant team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our glamping accommodation and spa experiences
Handle enquiries and manage bookings via phone, email, and in person
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and visitors
Maintain accurate records and update booking systems
Work closely with the wider team to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professionally presented at all times
Candidate Requirements:
Strong sales focus and motivation to meet targets
Confident dealing with the public and providing excellent customer care
Experience in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
Smart, professional appearance
Excellent written English and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Additional Information:
Seasonal hours, typically 3 to 4 days per week (flexibility required)
Must be available to work weekends
Commission available based on sales performance
