We're hiring an expert in sales recruitment to help build a high-performing sales force at gittgo. You'll be responsible for hiring full-time in-house sales staff as well as managing the recruitment and onboarding of affiliates for our digital membership platform, gittgo connect.
This is a fast-paced role for someone with experience hiring salespeople, ideally including remote or commission-based roles. You'll need to move quickly, think commercially, and be confident managing the full recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
What you'll be doing
Hiring full-time sales staff for our London office
Recruiting commission-based affiliates to promote gittgo connect across the UK
Managing job ads, direct outreach, social media recruitment and lead generation
Screening and interviewing candidates efficiently
Creating onboarding materials and support systems for new starters
Tracking recruitment performance and maintaining basic systems (Google Sheets etc)
What we're looking for
Experience hiring salespeople or recruiting for performance-based roles
Confident communication and selling skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines at once
Self-motivated and commercially minded
Experience running or supporting affiliate programs is a bonus
